New ELV bvba was founded in 1995 as a company specialised in high-quality classic meatballs and minced meat products. Our origins do start 60 years earlier! The company actually originated from a meat processing company founded in 1935 by the Laeremans-Van Reusel family.

We make our products in a traditional way. Based on recipes that have been around for a long time. These years of experience have given us a wealth of expertise. We know how to honour traditional skills. We may not repeat the past, but we do learn from it. With this knowledge and our creativity we bring you quality products that we are proud of. As true traditional craftsmen, we also guarantee our quality. We combine this together with modern insights and techniques.
